KAITLYN HALVORSEN

Kaitlyn Halvorsen, a passionate cheerleader, racer, and future pediatric dentist, is a dynamic young woman driven by purpose, grit, and heart.

With over 12 years of experience as a competitive cheerleader, she brings high energy, precision, and leadership both on and off the mat. For the past three years, she has competed at Level 3, mastering advanced skills while also giving back as a dedicated coach to younger athletes. Her love for cheer goes beyond performance—it’s about inspiring confidence, teamwork, and strength in others.

Raised around the roar of engines and the thrill of competition, Kaitlyn found her second passion at the track. Racing runs in her blood. Today, she owns and drives two junior dragsters and a full-size dragster, boldly making her mark in a sport where women represent just 5% of competitors. After five years of racing, her mission is clear: to empower more young women to get behind the wheel and chase their dreams in this male-dominated field.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Kaitlyn is a dedicated member of her school’s Key Club, a student-led organization focused on community service. Through initiatives like creating Meals on Wheels bags and organizing outreach efforts, she is committed to making a meaningful impact outside the classroom and encouraging her peers to engage with their communities.

Currently a high school student, Kaitlyn is focused on her academic future with plans to attend the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She dreams of becoming a pediatric dentist, combining her love for science with a heart for helping children.

Whether she's cheering on the sidelines, coaching the next generation, tearing up the drag strip, volunteering in her community, or preparing for a career in dentistry, Kaitlyn leads with passion, determination, and a commitment to breaking barriers. She is excited to continue inspiring others through every stage of her journey.
